Donald H. Flanary III

Donald H. Flanary, III., (“Don”) has been practicing criminal defense for over 17 years throughout the state of Texas, both in federal and state court. Don started the Flanary Law Firm, PLLC, in 2016 after serving as an associate for the renowned San Antonio criminal defense firm, Goldstein, Goldstein & Hilley, for over 12 years and working as their law clerk even before that.

At Goldstein’s office, Don gained federal and state trial experience and learned how to handle all types of criminal cases under the guidance of Gerry Goldstien, Cynthia Orr, and Van Hilley, including a number of high profile, large-scale cases involving federal drug trafficking, white-collar crimes, and serious sexual assault cases.

Don took the experiences and knowledge he learned at Goldstein and created his own office in 2016. Don created the Flanary Law Firm, PLLC, on the mentality that he and his associates are more than criminal defense lawyers; they are warriors in the court fighting to protect people’s lives.

Lorena L. Garza is a licensed Texas attorney and received licensure in 2020. She is a graduate from St. Mary’s University School of Law. She graduated with Honors (Cum Laude) and participated in Pro Bono work through TexasLawHelp.org during her time at St. Mary’s.
